I finished my PhD in English Linguistics at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, Germany. My dissertation project concerns non-deverbal nominalizations in English and is part of the DFG Project: The semantics of derivational morphology. I wrote my dissertation on Derived nouns and events: Eventuality-related meaning in non-deverbal nominalizations.

I am a co-founder and member of the advisory board of the Association for Diversity in Linguistics and member of the editorial board of Gender Linguistics.
